Consumer Dispute Resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Sec. 36 German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

No reference is made to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: the platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Continuing to link to it is now considered a ground for a formal warning (Abmahnung) under German law.
